Problem with CAP Ebb & Gro

This may be a real stupid ideal but would perhaps some kind of a root pruning paint help? I was really going to try a copper screen as well. My LPA has a 3.5" fine screen draining the tray and I get major root growth into lower res. the roots are basically unstoppable lol,

    Gas Lantern Routine

Very likely that it was me lol. And yes if I ever get enough in the jars to guarantee an ample supply I will try it again. The cost savings and interupted electrical use is reason enough even if providing the same yield. My electric bills are outragous here. I did probably run 400w or 4-t5's as...

    Gas Lantern Routine

Hey guys, I did this about 5 years ago when I first started indoors. I did it for cost savings alone and nothing else. I found that it led to pretty low yields but again was a total newb. Due to the disappointing results I never tried again.

Has anyone used a AIT Air Injection Technology "The Spider" Airstone?

Your compressor is not pure oxygen, its air, just air. And your oxygen/acetylene tank is not dumping pure oxygen into a room, its burning it so not what Im refering to. And argon is an inert gas so it'll just kill you if it displaces the air your breathing. I weld to lol. But I dont dump pure...

DIY PH Down from Sulfuric Acid. (Battery Acid)

Hey Alpha I've been gone from here for a bit but drop in periodically to watch the train wrecks but dont get involved lol. Funny you should ask about the sulphuric acid as I just started using it again this run (god bud). One of the reasons was the addition of sulphur like you stated, the other...

giving defoliation during flower a try

What does it matter what page it happens on? Actually that is the point dick head. 125 pages of yours and UB's ego. Not any valid discussion. Yes your right it is the internet and as you have for the past 2 years, spouted childish dribble. I decided to speak up, but intelligently, not with a...

giving defoliation during flower a try

I do agree, you also got caught up in the "I'm better than you crap". I'm just tired of watching threads turn into train wrecks when there could be valid, fun, and enlightening posts. Seems a few have to prove their the best grower out there and will fight to the outlandish to prove it. God I'm...

    I am at a loss

    powerhead vs airstone

Your friend is talking about flooming I assume. Using water to break the surface of the the res to add DO to the solution. I use water fall and fountain effect to add DO and have no air pumps.

    First grow hydroponic

Or at least proper net pots, not sure but I'd be concerned about blowing out the bottoms of those cups. I have done many successful grows in a similar set up. Pails are not needed imo. Doing a run now that is just about finished and will get well over a pound with 2 400's. Keep going, your on track!

    1st time grower (and clueless)

In a sealed room you need to add CO2 as the plant intakes that and expels O2. If unable to vent then this is the way to go. Keep in mind that to do this properly you will need to provide the mechanical means to keep the room at perfect conditions. This includes heating, cooling, humidification...

giving defoliation during flower a try

Doesnt matter when you did it RM, veg or flower. UB's stance is removing leaves at any stage is wrong and he has belittled people for doing it. This is not about the pulling of leaves its about how UB's ego takes over when dealing with newbs and others on this site. I had promised myself not to...

    1st time grower (and clueless)

Many people run sealed rooms. If you do run a sealed room you will need CO2. At 45% you should be fine. And at 45-50% there should be no mold. I run 55-65 with no mold but I vent. Good luck
