Yes I am starting with trim material, but at least if I reclaim the alcohol and use isopropyl would it be safe for consuming?

Yes it's legal here, would you know if the Levo2 or the source turbo from extractcraft will do the job, or am I over thinking it

I'll try to source some high proof alcohol, also been watching some videos on using glycerin, but not sureif that will be as good, I just want to make a tincture that's as good if not better than what I am buying at the moment, too expensive to keep buying it.

So leave some alcohol in to keep it fluid, and add oil and flavour to taste as you go, sounds good.
