how do you get more green bars? + rep

how do you get more green bars? i have over 600 post and 85 rep points and im on here everyday and it hasnt budged at all. i replie to different post and etc , but nothing happens, i see people on here that have like 200-300 post and they have 2,3,4 bars and im like wtf so anyone with advice,

W.T.F you joined a month a go and are already at level 9(thats good) you are doing well with your level as apposed to your posts and what green bars ??????

now i have just fucked my page style up.
and i dont know how to get back.
you go to the bottom left and pick the blazin-07 mode and it changes the whole layout of the screen.

where are the green blocks ??????????
the green is your activity level and the orange is your level and points.
and the gray boxes at the top are a combination of your points/posts/repps.

nah im kool , im just trying to figgure something out and i figgured it out and im glad it helped you. im starting a new project i have crystal which is white widowx northern light strain sprouted and i got a big bud sprouted and if one is a male then im going to pollenate the bottom part to produce seeds at the bottom and then see how that goes because i have feminized seeds of crystal but some are a mix of cotton candy and kush as well
