Great question @go go kid, here's my view.
If I'm using only a+b and the plants look healthy then I see that as enough of everything to maintain healthy growth so I don't need anything more?

I've used ionic booster with ionic but the buds didn't look much different to just a+b.

What is fake frost? That's a beautiful picture!!!!
Fake frost is a term used for those beautiful buds just covered in frost, but fail to deliver in power compared to something that's not all dolled up in frost, but will make you take a seat and reavaluate your dosage.
Think Purple Punch, Mac1 and the list goes on.

The last bud pictured, was
Triangle Kush/Northern Lights 5/Haze.

This was the highest quality marijuana's that I have grown and this is not based off of fake frost, but power.

And the best herb I ever smoked was Lemon Larry with tiny little buds
i know that potancy isnt to do with bud size. im just trying to get an idea if its all worth it, some brands come with 5 or so differant bloom addatives.
im useing intence nutrients with a plant this year to see how they fair, but being organic, im not aware of any natural plant boosters. im aimining on useing comfrey liquid along with it and bannana skin feed too

This is something that people just have to learn for themselves. "Boosters" offer no benefits over a complete nutrient formula. If you go over the ideal potassium range in flower you will reduce your yields. The idea of a "booster" is just marketing, and they do more harm than good. "Pushing" the EC of a plant to get higher yields only results in bad tasting flower. People would get better yields and better tasting crops if they focused on growing plants without burned tips and without any nutrient deficiencies or excesses-that should be your goal as a new grower, or as an experienced grower who has learned some bad tendencies.

Shouldn't you be asking who has the biggest bud and doesn't use boom booster/kabloom or whatever?

short answer yes for the most part.

but in flower when the plant wants alot of p-k and you give them what they want they reward you
I'm sure I'm not the only one here who feels this way but bloom booster have the chance to cause more harm than good imo.

Can cause a full lockout is someone doesn't know what they are doing with them.

I've been there and done that with not so happy results. In fact year after year I try it on one plant and each time I lockout P. Plant leaves go purple.

measuring ppm is important and knowing your plants is key. i stay away from some 'stronger' boosters as you said they can cause problems.
it all depends what youre feeding them. i use a line of nutes so they are designed to work together. once you start mix matching nutes is where you can run into issues eg
a nute line with a 3part and bloom booster
the booster maybe. 0-2-3 (just an example) but they tell you to add double the amount of the 'bloom'.
now switch that booster with like 0 20 40 and you will run into issues for sure.
for me personally i just like to run with a full nute line. i get them cheap and even if i didnt the money isnt a factor. id rather spend 100-200 on nutes and yeild 3lbs then buy that weed for 2000 a p anyways. plus i know its been designed to use as per instructed. no guessing games
but thats just me and the way i like to grow. there's many ways and whatever works best for your situation i say is just fine.

size of the buds depends on genetics and on training. if you want giant buds do Sea of green 1 cola per plant. no topping or LST. cut off the lateral branches so all energy goes to the main cola. biggest colas ive seen are usually from sativas i think.

giant buds just mold easier tho
i have 1 plant that i lollipopped and i am not real happy with her i was just thinking last night to cut off everything but the main cola and grow 1 bud i think i am going to do it
