You've been given the same opinion from several experienced growers, yet you dismiss all of them. Why ask for help?
I guess that old saying "you can lead them to water........" applies.
Good luck to you my friend.
Eh, what do we know anyways. Lol
You can lead a horse to water......

Look into the Photone app it actually works good in telling DLI/PPFD. Definitely not a Apogee but you can get some decent readings with it.

Man, I have two SF1000’s in this 2x2 (200w), so think we can all rule out the light burn….

They look amazing. I know what i am saying doesn't make sense based on what i read on the internet and what everyone is telling me here. I have a ph pen so i check the ph it's not the ph. I avoided nutes so it can't be nute burn. My medium is soil, i had under/over watering issues before so i have been very careful this time. So I am really frustrated.

You're in soil right? What brand? No nutes what so ever? Soil depletes with time. You may need to add some. At least maybe try some ewc.

@Hollatchaboy provided some sage advice. They look hungry for starters. At a minimum, some EWC would likely help. As the soil depletes, it’ll essentially become inert.
If you’re using soil, best advice I ever got was ‘as above, so below’ Don’t think of it as feeding your plant. You’re feeding the dirt she uses to feed herself. Soldier forth!

It looks hungry and that's not light burn. Hang on let me get the pic I just turned up my light and burnt my plants.

Might be the environment isn't up to matching the lights output..

What temperature are you at?
How many hours of light?
