Outdoor show an tell 2025

Solid genetics lineup you're running there - that NL#5 is a classic for good reason. Smart move transitioning from fabric pots to ground planting for outdoor in Maine. Those fabric pots can be a pain with wind and watering needs. For cold frame hardening, watch your temp differential and humidity levels closely. Running multiple generations for local adaptation is legit breeding work - you should see noticeable terroir expression by F3-F4. Keep documenting those Pine Tar Kush traits!

Couple years ago slugs ate one down to the same size and just let it ride, was one of the nicest plants at the end. These plants are incredible.
Yeah I'm gonna hope for the best, but it's an auto right at its flip/stretch point so I don't think she has time to put on more veggitation, but that think stalk feeding just one or two flower sites might turn out super dank. There's a cage to put up to protect incoming sisters

I've got three autos germinated rn. And I'm going to do three photoperiod too. I always think about 4/20 as called that because it's the date you need to get going on your grow if you're doing it outdoors in the Northeast. I know it's not true, but it's a good reminder. Happy 420 everyone.

Here’s my update, things are looking good. Photos are growing very nice they will be going in the ground in probably three weeks or so. My first run of Autos are Ok, they are all in bud. I am going to start a few more autos shortly, these will go in 5 gallon bags and go outside. The three on the floor I dam near killed from over watering, but they are coming back around.IMG_0161.jpeg

Still cold here in MI, few days during the week are nice but mostly pretty cold. I plan on popping my seeds in the next couple of days and keeping them inside until Memorial Day weekend.

So far I plan on running mostly seeds from Greenhouse seeds. I had looked at these last seasons but opted to go with something different that turned to hell! Hopefully these will do well in my climate. I do feel like I need to add a NL to my grow this season, I have never grown a NL outdoor, seems sacrilegious not to have right?. NL #5?

Greenhouse Seeds
Lost Pearl IBL
The Church
AMS

Has anyone run these from Greenhouse?

My outdoor starts.
Had an issue with nute burn on these starts (mixed FF OF with some pre used coir at about 50%) - up potted into half filled 1gal grow bags, mixed with the same mix at 1/4 ff to coir, and they seem to be healing up and growing with some vigor.

Shooting for a late may transplant.

Mid-May here in coastal Maine and the seedlings have finally made the transition from their indoor safe-space to the great wild outdoors. So far so good--they're loving the sun, and this morning they all got a nice drink of compost tea. Going to try more teas this year, been using alfalfa meal and a little molasses to get that microbiology going good. Need to start a worm bin so I can have ample worm castings--I think this is the year (should've been one of my winter projects).

This is just the MJ, keeping them separate from all the hemp plants:

Anybody get a look at the full moon earlier this week? "The Flower Moon" they call it in May, was something to behold the other evening (and I saw it set at dawn too, equally impressive).

I swear a night later I was outside late, the moon was high and incredibly bright, and the birds in the woods were singing like it was day. I kid you not. Don't think I've ever heard that before! Pretty surreal.

Hope everyone's having a good spring. We got a good shot of rain last week so things are looking good (brook is running strong). Hoping for some fine summer weather this year but have a feeling it might get awfully hot and dry. Knock on wood....

Getting things ready here in the pine tree state, Iam doing all light depo this yr after last yrs meltdown Iam done trying to grow full season plants here for flowers that dont cut it in this flooded legal state. I will be building a 15 x20 depo shack inside my hoop house no more moving them twice aday to the barn sounds easy right! First up will be Nigerian x bubble gum from 1212 seeds. I bought 3 pucks a man they are generous with the freebees I got 40 with my order 6 different strains should keep me busy most of the summer. Waiting a few more weeks to get cracking.
So I got 5 Irainin short season an 5 Tampa bay crippy in the groundIMG_0800.jpegIMG_0799.jpeg
