I feed my plants chemicals. Not organic. By Powder Inoculation, do you mean beneficial bacteria?? MYCORRHIZAE?

BX and HP both have this. But the HP will leach out nutrients and everything else faster, but no so fast that inoculation isnt beneficial. I myself much prefer the BX.

I have grown organically with this, and put my nutrients directly into the soil, and also make weak teas. I mainly use Peruvian Seabird Guanos for organics. But have been interested in Living Soil, but have never used it. . Both Veg, and flowering for the Seabird Guanos.. Kelp Powder, Azomite, and some extra Dolomitic Lime, and Calcitic Lime. Promix uses both Calcitic, and Dolomite,

at a ratio of 2/3 Calcitic Lime, and 1/3 parts Dolomitic. I also see no problem with top dressing organic fertilizer with Promix. Either one of them. But HP is for lower light applications, and BX is for higher light applications, where heat may evaporate the water faster than wanted vs HP. Both work,

you just have to stay on top of things. BX has about 10%-20% more Sphagnum Moss
