    JigFresh's Grow 1.2 - Purple Kush clones - closet DWC - 650w hps/mh

Thanks for the props Jig. Hey MaryJane777, if you want to ask questions about my grow, hit up the journal, i'll try to be as helpful as jig. Keep up the good work jig, I love how you got on me about the other plants. It made me laugh, love you interest. I want the new set-up so bad. I've...

Blueberry, DWC, Full Grow, DIY Nutes, Vertical Scrogg, 100w mh, 150 hps

Pictures: 1. Whole room and plant 2. Terminal Buds, the plant has kind of exploded in terminal bud growth over the last week and it was a little too tedious for me to circle all of the new buds. So i decided to just circle the main four terminal buds. I'm sort of running out of places to tie...

Thats actually relatively along the lines that i'm working right now. Except i'm creating a cylinder/tube of screen panels around the light. I have an idea for a very thin grow op, using a two sided led panel, with two panels of screens on each side of it. The only problem right now is money. I...

    JigFresh's Grow 1.2 - Purple Kush clones - closet DWC - 650w hps/mh

They look great Jig. Are you going to make the clear bins opaque? I think you might see better root growth if you do. IME any light on the roots of clones caused the root growth to stunt.

Man thats what i like to hear. Thanks for the extra effort. Vertical scrogs are a little bigger trend in europe. Some of the guys over there are pulling weight. Almost all of them are using lights no more that 150-250w as well. The dimensions of the buckets are. 9.85"L X 7.5"W X 9.85"H...

DIY Closet DWC Grow - First grow ever

Damn thats a big set-up. I'm talking small, like the grow pod size, that pack's it all in there. Give me the summer, i've got ideas, the goal is to be automated by august/september, and have it be small enough that any one would want it in their house, to grow anything. I'm thinking furniture...

DIY Closet DWC Grow - First grow ever

"i didnt say copy it, i said to get ideas from it, 6 plants, lets see, 2 on back wall, 2 on each side, with light on door, hows that?" Yo how funny is that... did'nt i just suggest this idea to you like a day ago? Glad to know there are others who think the same way. The light being on the...

    JigFresh's Grow 1.2 - Purple Kush clones - closet DWC - 650w hps/mh

You've got more than enough to build some dwc's. I noticed that you didn't say that you had a way to split the air pump. Don't be embarrassed you're using only what's on hand so there's only so much you can expect. Plus it's temporary... well unless you really like what you build. Your plans...

Thanks for the feedback Jig, i was waiting for someone to say that. I tried a few other colors but the black out-line worked the best. May switch to red for flowering, i have to think more about it, i've got plenty of time though. Thanks for the nod on the training. This is the second time...

    First Grow Stealth Bubbleponics

No problem. I was was thinking more of four holes in the lid of the hydro tub that the four legs, or PVC piping of the scrog could slide into. The legs/piping would be long enough to reach the bottom of the inside on the tub and allow for proper spacing of the screen height above the top of...

Pictures: 1. The whole room and plant. 2. Measurement. (measurements will be more detailed when the plant is larger) 3. Terminal Buds. 4. Training of the plant. • I'm still trying to figure out the best way to attach the twist-ties to the screen to hold the plant back. Right now I...

    JigFresh's Grow 1.2 - Purple Kush clones - closet DWC - 650w hps/mh

Your going to love doing a perpetual harvest. Of course for the amount of green you'll have on hand constantly, but the steep learning curve is so much more desirable. I love not having to wait for the whole grow to finish before i get to try out a new formula. It becomes a day job though...

Thanks for the ideas fox. I was asking on readability but color coded for the different stages could be a plan. I did try to edit out the red but the color was so saturated red that i couldn't pull it back. I should have just re-taken the picture but i was being lazy . I have a real...

You can kind of get a sense of scale from the size of the CFL, but i was mainly showing you an example of how someone attached the scrog to their plants container. Your plants look great btw.

DIY Closet DWC Grow - First grow ever

Hmmm what else do you have at your disposal? Any spare parts, or equipment? If you have some stuff lying around you could make a temporary powered hydro set up until you can upgrade to something more reliable and efficient. You most definitely want those roots and rock wool in the dark. Roots...

DIY Closet DWC Grow - First grow ever

Yo jig, you could try my cloning set-up. It has been quite successful. The only thing that you would have to change from mine is to add net pots to hold the rock wool cubes and clones instead of the DIY collars i made. You might even be able to use the DIY collars, though it could look a little...
