What he said. Re-pot it up to the seed leaves. If you are going with CFLs, you'll need more. That is the extent of my CFL knowledge. I do know you can spend $70-80 at Home Depot or Lowe's and get a cheap 100W or 150W HPS floodlight that will make your plant much, much happier.
