Use some lights around the sides and if not already add a fan blowing on them and strengthen the stem. If they stretch too much and are not strong yet, they can fall over and possibly kill them. You can get pretty close with cfls, I keep mine a few inches away when babies.

Look up the Lucas method when using gh flora series, works great and I don't use the grow, only micro and bloom. I have been slightly changing it, so now I am using 5 micro/15 bloom and I add 5 kool bloom. When I did use the grow in it I had issues with too much nitrogen.

Looks female to me, but is hard to see in pictures. If you have little whispy white hairs coming out it is female. Will look like pods with tiny white hairs.

I vegged 3 seeds, 2 were male and 1 was female, the 2 males took 7 days to show sex, the female took 12 days. On my second grow, I had one plant, it showed female 2 days into 12/12. So, I would say anywhere from 2 to 20 days, most likely it will show in about a week.
