Dude I always get fungus gnats \ primarily because i use a cheap soil in my n\mix.. Neem oil works for me everytime usually go down by half the 1st week and gone by the 2nd. cost between 7-9 bucks. all natural and works.. slightly stinks though

I had a 4x4 -400 hps and it still gave me thin buds. i use a 600w now it works great but you must take extra measures to exaust.

i have a 2x4 with 600 hps i put a 250cfm 6in fan to exaust and it get it down to 89. I would recommend no less than 400cfm fan for a 600w light.
