I use cfl,s and I can tell ya to things, Home depot has outdoor cfl lights that are a hundred watts, u need to splice your own chord, that is no problem(easy!!!!) the also have a swivel head so as they hang it is really easy to position them as the plants grow, it has been especially helpful...
