I too use Flora Micro and Bloom, liquid KoolBloom, & Bontani CalMag. Dry KoolBloom (@ 7 weeks for one rez, fill or about 2 plus weeks).

I would look at Banjo fitting, the are made in the US and I have never had any issues with them.

Did the bulkhead fitting not come with gaskets? Should be one inner and one outer gaskets.

How do you plan on drain the plants? You will need to watch EC/ppm and pH carefully. Can get away from you, especially in coco.

How do you think Jacks 321 will work in my ebb and flow setup?

I used this same setup in my Coco/Perlite smart pot runs, except I only used a 27 gallon tote as my rez, compared to the 55 gallon drum I am using now. Of course I am only using 30 gallons in the drum now for my Ebb and Flow runs.
