Just make sure you're actually putting in .25 cc / hole. I recently did 3 holes with around .25 in each hole. Inoculated 8 Jars and 2 LCs per strain I had, (I had 3 strains)

Today is a great day. I came home and checked on my jars. I noticed some of the Koh Samui and B+ Have started to show little white specs at the inoculation points!

I've considered doing large batches of psilo chocolates in the future. Just unsure how to accurately measure potency =(

This is true. They taste like shit, but worth it. I took fish antiobiotics (arithromycin) for a tooth infection once. Cleared it up!

If you live in America near a Giant Eagle or Meijer, they do FREE antiobiotics (some) and I know Bactrim is on their free list. Otherwise, Bactrim is fairly cheap at most pharmacies. Go in, bring your script and ask them for a price BEFORE they fill it,

Got 24 Jars and 6 LCs inoculated this morning. Everything went well. Now for the waiting game.

My friends have arrived! Spores101 included a free strain, so looks like I have Koh Muy, B+ and Golden Teacher!

Does anyone know where to get one of those alcohol burners? My package comes today and would like to go pick one up after work so I can start my inoculations tomorrow. Not really wanting to burn drops of alcohol on the bottom of a shot glass.

They are exotic, to say the least.

Planning on getting 2 dozen more jars, all quart jars next pay check. I'll be doing grain transfers from a few of my healthy half pints to inoculate them.
