square anything is more efficient than round. Coca cola is switching to square cans soon. Less materials for amount of liquid, they're stackable, and is going to save space (and money) in shipment. I'm using square pots also, great buy!

Temps are cool, and I moved the light up real high above them. I fed them a half dose of botanicare, but not in the mister. Just water. They were really doing great until I misted them :/ They don't seem to be burnt, or too discolored. Just folded up thanks for the help mate

Uh yeah, thanks for that. Any ideas on how to remedy the situation? I've been researching a lot, only so much you can read before you run into real situations. This is still all a learning experience for me

I'm using cocogrow from Botanicare. It says to just add the cutting then feed/water. wish I knew I needed to leech it! Is there any way to flush the salts without transplanting the cuttings? They were doing fine for a few days, and started curling immediately following the misting I gave them...

Eek! Another noob mistake on my part. Just seemed really dry in there and the lights are on 24hours right now. I'm used to growing outdoors, so I'm new to these lights! Any way I can help these girls recover?

errr, no I didn't. I mixed it with some "croutons" for air and planted the clones. I wasn't aware i was supposed to leech it first! :/

I misted them with water and a few hours later they were all curled up! I have raised the lights, and given them fresh water to flush some nutrients, I've only fed them 1/2 dose of organic fert twice. Growing in coco under t5's and a 250w MH what's going on? how can I help these girls...

Hey, awesome thread btw, thanks a lot. I put some clones in coco a few days ago. They seemed to be doing just fine. Then earlier tonight, I misted them with spray bottle and took a nap. An hour and a half later the leaves were curling inward and up! I'm pretty concerned. Is it nutes...

it was $29 at Fry's, 6 dollars for the coil base. I got the Hakko Presto, it has variable temp control so it's not always red hot :) Hacked sawed the metal tip so it still has some structural integrity, instead of having it completely exposed
