One Coco plant Experiment and results!!!

So if coco should be watered to 10% runoff daily, should they be allowed to wick up the runoff? I ask because I sustained my one coco experiment almost 2 weeks leaving town by fully saturating and leaving it sitting in one of those 5 gallon (totally filled) wicking bases in a fabric pot. When I...

Abnormally small and yellowing 18 days.

Thanks, I will take your advice and bump the light up from 20-30%. I wanted to make sure they were on the current setting a while and could handle it as the diodes are really powerful on it. My last two waterings were very light nutrients. The color seem to be slightly greener with no burning...

77F with 65% RH with a small bag of CO2 down at plant level. Also a small oscillating circulatory fan gently wiggling them for 12 hours a day.

Abnormally small and yellowing 18 days.

Here are the worse babies. They seem super small for 18 days. I have given a couple feeds of GH….1ml calmag, 1ml micro, and 1ml grow (325 ppm). Medium is soil, happy frog perlite mix, with a bit of worm castings. Light is LED dialed down to 20% at 24” height. What do you think the yellowing...

Whats your gaming set up, and smoking setup while gaming high?

Whats your gaming setup, and what is your baking setup, while gaming? Mine is a PS5 Pro, and a 65” LG OLED tv for the gaming. For the smoking I prefer my Arizer Solo II dry flower vape over papers, bongs, or other methods. Gamertag is: xXBlaztin2Orbitx

Are my notes correct? Please assist me in changes

I started with advanced salt synthetic line too, worked good. Then I wanted to go organic. So I stuck with advanced and used their iguana juice as my main grow and bloom. Results were smoother, better flavor flowers. However, the stuff stunk like hell and brought on fungus knats. So better...

Very SLOW start, any problems here?!

Yes, I can get the temp up to 80 no problemo. The space runs a bit humid, but since Im good, I can lower humidity as usual in flower.

Very SLOW start, any problems here?!

Yes I was starting to see roots in the bottom of the solo cups, which were clear. So I transplanted early. I use those as they are short, maybe half the depth of a regular solo cup. I place them on a seedling mat until the pop and then remove it.

Very SLOW start, any problems here?!

Sure. My temps are a steady 77 degrees and humidity runs about 67. The light is an Ac Infinity EV04 3X3 light. The suggested setting was 40% at 24” however I felt that 20% at 25” was better for babies.

    Is she ok

Last grow I did one coco just to compare to my usual happy frog soil grow. I didnt do my coco research and just popped a bean in happy frog solo cup first and transplanted into cultivation nation coco 70/30 mix. One major thing I didnt know about was the watering frequency. I just let her go the...

Are my notes correct? Please assist me in changes

Someone is head first down the advanced nutrients waterhole. As a newb I used a lot of that stuff as directed and got mediocre results. Time and experience has led me to focus on my understanding of NPK and miconutrients. You’ll spend a lot less on snakeoils. Now I have stellar results using...

Please Help! First timer /stunted growth/yellow leaves

Those seedlings look very salvageable to me. My suggestion is to go with happy frog only with 30% perlite for your mix. I have found it perfect for having just what seedlings need for a full 2-3 weeks. Then a very light first feed of calmag, micro, and grow (under 275 ppm). week 3. Then...

I did run one coco last time as a test. Was very surprised with the health and yield!

Very SLOW start, any problems here?!

Seedlings 17 days old and showing very little growth. Am I being impatient? Variables are as follows. Planted in solo cups with 70% happy frog 30% perlite mix. Plain PH’d water only first 14 days. Just did first feeding (very light under 275ppm) of calmag, micro, and grow. Light is 24” over...

Is whole plant drying superior to wet trimming?

Very good points for both trim methods. I will say this, for years I turned my nose up at trimming machines. Last grow I bought a 19” AC Infinity bowl trimmer. I was able to wet trim a 5 gallon monster girl in about 15 minutes, after plucking fans and stems from flowers. I could do all four 5...

Is whole plant drying superior to wet trimming?

Thank you for that confirmation it is WELL worth it. Yes seems like my normal 10 days to jar would be bumped up to 14 days at least.

Is whole plant drying superior to wet trimming?

Yes, never though about that, but leaves actually are a benefit shielding from airborne stuff. The same as they shield from light growing and provide photosynthesis.

Is whole plant drying superior to wet trimming?

Will hang drying the whole plant be that much better a slow dry and cure? Also, when hanging whole plant are fan leaves left on as well? I ask, as removing fans and not sugar leaves, would give me more room for air flow. However, that may speed the dry, and affect terpenes and flavor? In the...
