I have a 4” fan filter for my 2x2.5 tent, but uograding a bit to a 3x3. Do I need to go with a 4 “ or a 6”? This is a gorilla tent with a 2 foot vertical extention kit.
They each draw 90 watts but put out the rquivalant of a 250 watt light. But if you want to say they are actual 90 watss ok. I have been able to flower 3-4 girls easily. They have a blurple as well as a red blooming spectrum. The have a nice spread at 12-18” over tops.
Very clean setup. My suggestion would be to leave plants alone, dont pluck anything that doesnt naturally look about to fall off the plant. At this point, foilar feed water with a little neem oil in it once or twice a week. It will set up a natural pest barrier. You can also add a touch of...
No point keeping a heating mat after germination. If my tent is 5-10 degress low in winter I add a couple super large CFL bulbs and they work like heater.
I been usuin a 2x2.5 for year. Never exceeding 4 plants (very tight). I have a bought 1000 watts led light and a 4”
fan filter. Looking for a bit more room but to re use my lights and 4” carbon fan filter. Should I go with a 2x4 or a 3x3? I imagine Id need to increase airflow going any larger...
Very useful information….thank you! I am glad I shared, this is my first batch to ever smell like amonia, but when I look at it, break it open, and smoke it, its wonderful. I did nothing more than my usual wet trim 7 day air dry, and jar and burp.
I cured some a couple big orange bud plants my normal way. 7 days of air drying, followed by jarring. I burped jars a couple times a day for 30 days, and once a day thereafter. At first the cure was normal, citrus orange notes, thick smooth non chokey smoke. After 3 months I noticed the citrus...
I am moving up in tent size from a 2x2.5 to a 3x3. In the past, a 4 “ fan 200 cfm and carbon filter worked great! I had a bit of negative air pressure sucking the the sidewalls in slightly, on the tent, from the inside. No odors coming out.. Will a 4 “ combo still be adequate for a larger 3x3...
Looking good. Week 6 I like to kill all nitrogen grow nutrients. I make sure I'm still using Calmag and introducing a tablespoon of unsulphured blackstrap molasses with each weekly watering.
My never see knats again recipe. Start foilar (spraying with bottle) feeding with a solution of water 2 drops dish soap and some NEEM oil once a week during vegging. Secondly and most importantly cover the top of soil completely with some washed small rocks. If you already have knats and are...
Harvesting to early is the biggest newb mistake. After a while youll learn to just let it finish and stop counting days and weeks. When those hairs amber and shrivel back into the buds is what I look for. Then I let it go another week just to make sure. Purpling and pretty colors are sometimes a...
