Are you doing dwc? If so, try covering your hydroton with Mylar, foil (least recommended) or something reflective. Put a fan blowing on your bucket. You can rotate frozen water bottles in a smaller resivoir. If you have a huge main resivoir look into a water chiller if you have the money.

First off when you mix base nutrients how do you add the n-p-k values? For example I am using the lucas formula with AN Jungle Juice. The micro is 5-0-1 and bloom is 0-5-4. Is the mix simply 5-5-5 or since I'm using 1 part micro to 2 parts bloom is the micros value cut in half to 2.5-5-4.5...

Well it doesn't sound under watered. Looks to be getting plenty of light. My guess is early stages of a pH problem. It could really fluctuate in 3 weeks. Either wait til you can test it, or if it's been a while give it a flush and see if that helps.

How often and when was the last time you watered? Also, I'd get those dead leaves out of the the dirt. Those leaves can attract bugs, mold, fungus and could even throw off your pH. Which your pH may be your problem. What is your soil pH?
