NewHiddenGrower... Hmmmmm....the pix aren't really very clear which makes diagnosis more difficult, but it appears that your MAIN panel (the bigger one) is a 200 amp service. It also "appears" that the smaller one is a sub-panel. Probably a 100 amp panel, but it's hard to tell without looking...
