??? If I get a seed from dispensary from a top shelf selection. What are the chances of getting the same potency?

Don’t try to go too hard feeding the plant. More is not specifically better. More nutrients will not “make it more potent”. potency is determined dominantly by the genetics of the plant. You as a grower just need to provide the best conditions for that plant to grow healthy and express its...

??? If I get a seed from dispensary from a top shelf selection. What are the chances of getting the same potency?

If it came from something good then there is definitely a chance it will produce something good. however seeds are always a crap shoot unless they are really worked by the breeder to increase stability over several generations. Otherwise most seeds are going to be a random combination of...

Perpetual SOG Experiment - Multi Genetics

Nice start, I love SOG growing. I ran a perpetual SOG with ebb and flow for 10 years. I also enjoy experiments so it will be fun to see what you come up with.

    Leaf damage? Dtw coco

Funny you mention that. I bought one at the end of that grow. I also moved to a different state. Then at the new house i didn’t even need the RO system, the water was awesome, lol. Thankfully I was able to return it and purchased some much needed ventilation instead.

    Leaf damage? Dtw coco

Well looking at the report you have what is considered “very hard” water. Your calcium isn’t super high, but the chloride and sulfates are at the top of their ranges. 190 ppm total hardness plus the other stuff that isn’t included in that calculation. All the different stuff on that list can...

    Leaf damage? Dtw coco

Post your water report if you can get one. Also make sure the report you find isn’t super old, as things can change by the season let alone over several years.

    Leaf damage? Dtw coco

Excess calcium can easily antagonize other nutrients and prevent nutrient uptake. That is one of the easiest ways to get lockout. It was happening very frequently to growers when people first started to use leds. Everyone thought they “need more cal-mag” but really they needed higher temps to...

    Leaf damage? Dtw coco

IMHO they look like they are experiencing lockout. I think one of the things to consider is changing your water source or filtering it. 500 random ppm in your tap water is not helping you dial in a feed level. Unless you got a water report and I missed it among your posts, then you have no...

    Entry level concentrates method?

I think from what I’ve watched you do through your various threads, that you should probably stick with what you are working on already. Dial in your grow environment and then phenohunt some plants that will really give you what you want. Perfect your rosin and enjoy it. alcohol extraction...

    Entry level concentrates method?

the yield is related to the starting material, but it’s similar to bho yields. Qwiso tastes just like the starting material too. Cured trim and buds taste cured and fresh frozen tastes like the fresh buds smell. No alcohol taste, Because there is NO alcohol left. It usually required about a...

it’s tough to say what’s up with the ones that are just straight dieing. Infection, root rot, ph issue, extreme lockout. The rest of them look waaay over fed. They are all super dark green with burned tips. not trying to be harsh, but I’m pretty sure multiple people told you to feed lower...

    Late Flower White Pistils

I don’t see any foxtails or any major issues with the buds in those pictures. How often are you feeding? Have you been running the same genetics this whole time? Different plants will need different feeding and conditions. from what you’ve posted so far my first thoughts are; if you have been...

    Trichome ripeness studies?

Some years ago I saw a grower on here post test results taken weekly starting in mid flower. I can’t find the thread right now. Basically the results he got showed that with that specific strain it reached peak THC a couple weeks before the plant was fully ripe. But it didn’t drop of much...
