Has anyone used a HLG 350r in veg? What setting ? The clones are 10” I usually use 315cmh at this stage with a 4k Phillips bulb. I was thinking instead of 630 watts of cmh I could have two 350r dimmedwith half the watts but is it too much red for veg?

How are you dealing with high temps? Why not close the room put in an a/c and a 100 ppd dehuey? What is your lighting? What is is your plant count and how many gallon pots? You have to calculate rate of transpiration with your maximum number of plants in the the largest pot, then work...

You just got two free lights that is pretty cool.

If you put a variac on the 6” exhaust and add a 4” intake also on a variac you can keep negative pressure and move the air. Do you have a fan in the tent to aid in air movement. do you exhaust at the top of the tent? If you add the intake at a lower inlet on opposite side it will help quite a bit.

I agree that’s why I asked about an intake. If he’s feeding a/c air from the room and exhausting from the tent( I did not pick up on the tent part tbh). I can’t imagine he has that many plants that his rate of transpiration is exceeding the a/c. I’m still a firm believer in duhuey and a/c...

Do you have an intake fan as well as exhaust? How big an area? How many plants? Sorry to say but if you are running a closed room then you will need a dehuey...this hobby gets expensive.

sadly the fruity ones tend to be that way. How many watts are those strip lights ? I would guess they run cool, do you dim them?
