Google "supercropping". It's considered high stress training, but will save you from unneeded headaches when height restrictions reach their limit.

The ones that were supercropped might continue to stretch a bit more, but they'll likely start focusing more on bud development soon. Keep an eye on their height and adjust your setup as needed to maintain an even canopy.
I moved my plants to a different tent with a more powerful light one week into flower. Lollipopped them pretty hard and installed a trellis. Debating whether supercropping will be needed.
