    Looking for some compost worms

Shipping is an issue with live worms. Uncle Jims will replace dead, frozen, rotted, dryed out, whatever happens to your package, for free! Well worth the price! I've kept a worm bin for 20 years, the single best amendment on the planet! Mine are outdoors and they froze solid, but more will hatch...

Recycled Organic Living Soil (ROLS) and No Till Thread

Soil volume plays a big role with living soil. The bigger, the better. Ferments are helpful, if you start seeing any deficiencies. Compost teas and nutrient teas, also. With living soil, it's about feeding the soil, and in turn, the soil feeds the plant. Get ready for bugs. Lol

Seedling Appears Healthy But Leaves Bending Downwards

Good afternoon fellow farmers! I'm a new grower and I had a question so I can hopefully rectify my situation (if necessary) before it potentially becomes a bigger problem. Worm Farm in the making

As far as I've learned on the process of vermicomposting, which isn't a lot, is when you start a new worm bin, it's best not to give them any food scraps right from the start. It's best to let the worms get accustomed to their new home for a week or so before feeding. I am no authority on this...

    Red wigglers

I ordered from Uncle Jim's, I received a sizable mass of small worms that disappeared into the bedding within a day. There are certainly better, lesser known sources, but Uncle Jim's will work in a pinch.
