i have been doing a cfl grow and my friend gave me his 400 hps last night im on the 5th week of flowering, would it be alright to add the 400 watt hps alongside the 2 200 watt cfls?

i got a bag of maxi bloom sitting around was gonna use it on one of my clones im about to put into flowering how much should i mix per gallon ? 1 tsp?
