Is it ok to use molasses all the way up to harvest time? Or should you just use water the last two weeks before harvest?

I seem to have a sativa variety. It's on week 11 of flowering. It doesn't look like the little clear balls on stalks(trichomes?) have wilted any or ambered, but most of the female's hairs are red. Should I harvest now, wait till week 12 or wait till i see an overall change in color of the resin...

I have a ph reading of 7.5 to 8 in a soil/perlite mix. The plants are in three gallon pots and seem stunted, but otherwise healthy. I want to use hydrated lime to correct this. How much lime do i add to 1 gallon of water to correct ph in a three gallon pot with plants in them?
