Hi guys I just noticed yesterday or so that some of the lower fan leaves on my outdoor plant are turning white/brown and unhealthy looking. Upon trying to rub the surface of the leaf some orange glazy stuff can be scraped off some of them. I'm thinking it's some kind of bug? Here's a good shot...
