when does 12/12 happen in cali my plants are from 15 inchs to 25 4 of them are topped how much more growing do my plants got before they start flowering and how much more do they grow during flowering average???

do these look good first time 5 of them are month old 1 is 2 weeks i started from clones i dont know if i got them all in the pics
