Is it possible to preserve weed right now, and when I smoke it in the summer (9 months from now) it will have the same potency? My friend gives me some of his extra weed every couple weeks and I want to have a very hazy summer.

I know it's stupid but I dont know.. How many weeks is the vegetating stage? How many weeks in the flowering stage?
