My leaves are curling a little. What am I doing wrong?

when do i start feeding nutrients to my plant? its lemon kush with CFL lights/. At night Does it have to be dark like blacked out or can there be enoguh light to read by? I heard its ok to have a small bit of light. Thanks for your help.
