I know, and that's why I said I'll know on Monday when I recieve tracking. The only difference is I had some other channels to go through that I feel made a difference. Which is unfortunate for others. I will be happy when i receive a package this is water under the bridge. I'll update soon.

It's been resolved, again, hopefully. I will know 100% come Monday when I recieve tracking. At that point I can put this to rest finally. Once it's in the mail and I have tracking, then it's just at the mercy of the people throughout transit which has nothing to do with him.
