you get white fluffy mould on organic matter in the bags of soil, it will die off as you go through the wet dry cycle, mould thrives in damp conditions, so just wait till it dries and it should die off. i grow organic and have never had problems with it hanging around

i get a lot of females, why, because i read a book about growing cannabis and it stated to use 9" pots to germinate seeds into. auto's do better in larger pots, so you don't disturb there growth rate if you can't find them, they probably rotted, try useing less water in your soil
