    American Wildfires

There's alot of relevant science that basically sits on the shelf. But it's catching up. Hydrology is becoming more popular as a political topic in drought effected areas. Some governments (China, Israel, India) are making serious investments in large scale implementation of regenerative...

    American Wildfires

Exactly the opposite is true, but I am not trying to be a troll. High-intensity burns that eliminate the canopy increase the likelihood and severity of future wildfires. Most of the mega-fires start in or near recent burn scars, and the most intense fire behavior is seen in burn scars...

    Terpinator

Omg lol that's pretty much incorrect? I mean, it is in beeswax, but it is definitely a plant hormone that plants make lol. It's the main reason alfalfa is a crucial annual input, in my dirt. https://buildasoil.com/blogs/news/12749473-triacontanol-as-a-growth-stimulant

    Terpinator

That's called a plant growth hormone, then. Not a plant growth regulator.

    Terpinator

It smells like bananas and the primary ingredient is potassium salts. It's basically otherwise a smoothie of processed natural flavor extracts. They claim that cannabis will directly uptake terpines/esters/flavinoids in the soil for some reason. Like adding food coloring to a vase of water and...

    Wyeast Farms Genetics

That's basically a description the weather here this year. Lows in the mid 70s. Now normally, we are 10 degrees below that in the hottest part of the season and have much lower night temps... So much for mountain weather lol. Shade cloth or remay is necessary when transplanting out when it's...

    Man time flies

Different world... I got busted by internet history on my parent's computer at around age 7 ('99). Figured out how to delete that real fast. Could've been a little more conservative on my approach but I went straight for "Latina milfs share giant dildo" and etc. Lol. Still remember that video...

Getting the most of your autoflower seeds

Alot has to do with genetics. And good genetics granted, maximum yield result is gonna still be dependent on timing your planting. If you put them outdoors before the solstice, but past 12/12, they're gonna get the ideal hormones to veg somewhat vs just being a one bud on a stick... At 40...

    Curing bins?

Those c-vaults are super nice, you'll never have to replace them. Almost the whole universe uses these: That's the classic solution. Stackable, which is a big deal. Large scale is moving over to systems more like this: They would be walking around with an inline fan on an adapter, and it...

    Needing opinions!

Yes if you can get it to go so slow that it's 2 weeks to bin, then still needs to be burped that's ideal. People brag on long cure times.

Molasses for Bigger Buds, microbes and "PH"

MO is just carbohydrates to feed bacteria. A lot of misinformation out there. The postulated mechanism that convinces me to keep using mo is stress. Exposing the delicate fungal/endophytic system to a massive broad spectrum bacterial bloom stresses the plant and hastens it's death. It's like...

    HEEELP PLEAASE THIS IS AWFUL

This just looks like pretty extreme nute burn. Something is very off. I could also be convinced it was a spray burn. Hard to say. If they were healthy before, then what you changed is the problem, no? In any case, they're in flower, and it's gonna be a little bit disheartening to stick with...

    Needing opinions!

Yes. Do you have a dehumidifier? I set mine to 55%. You may want a small clip type fan, pointed at the wall or a baffle, basically not blowing directly on the branches. Without a dehum it's quite difficult to maintain an even decrease in humidity. Definitely get one.

Current dependable Feminized seeds and Breeders?

#1 for me is definitely csi, but he does put out a lot of material for the sake of preservation / dissemination. You're going to want to research the strain in particular with him. If you pick up a bunch of Bubba s1 or something, you might get a herm or two. But those s1's are being offered so...

Why are some lower branches dying off

Hey there everyone, I've seen this in multiple different gardens and with entire populations. I'm pretty sure it is "salinity stress," and may be happening due to heavy well water, calcerious native soils, or salt bond partner buildup from salt nutrients. Salinity stress is confused for...

The Frustrating Multitude of Headband Cuts

Wow perfect! Thank you that cleared up so much for me. So the "LA Kush" cut came from Mandelbrot and is difficult to distinguish from a sour cut. Notsodog feels that it has a chem parentage. Then the 707 is a daughter of the la kush. I wonder if the one I'm reminiscent of was probably one of...
