I have been interested in getting some balanced thc/cbd plants going. Does anyone have some recommendations?

Anyone else tried this one? I have one outside in the greenhouse. Weird plant pulls in tight against itself where most spread out a bit naturally. very leafy also with small buds so far. Its only the 3rd week so im not trying to talk to much crap yet but unimpressed so far. Started flowering...

Seems like a stupid question but here goes lol. So it says that you can grown 3 mature plants but can only have 1 ounce at a time? Is everyone supposed to throw away everything over 1 ounce to comply? It makes no sense
