    General hydroponics feeding schedule

II hope you've had success adjusting. I'd be interested in how you dial in your nutes with your ebb & flow. Happy gardening.

    Taco leaves curling down

Please let me know how things turn out. I always appreciate science and real data, not to mention great results. And just curious, but do you have space between the bottom of your net pots adn the water line? Also curious what your ppm is for early veg and veg...just what you've had good...

    Taco leaves curling down

Sometimes the nutes recommended are too high for dwc, since the roots are in full contact with the nutes 24/7. Probably a longshot, but it might help. Peace, and best wishes.

You might want to consider keeping your water temps at about 64-68 F. Best of luck, friend.

    DWC: Nutrient lockout or deficiency

How do you flush yourself when you are sick? Lots of pure water. Push toxins out. Eat later.

Give me your recommendations: PPM and pH Meters

My blue lab is awesome. The Hannah was more expensive and about the same. Stay calibrated and you should be ph aware.

    Recirculating dwc

Have you given any thought to running your ebb and flow so that it almost never drains, making it more DWC? I am reading some posts about it, but there is not a large amount of information on it yet. I've done both, and my roots with DWC are much more robust and white than the roots in the ebb...

    Recirculating dwc

I think your control bucket needs to be as big or bigger than your grow buckets. That way, when you flood all of your buckets, your control bucket won't overflow. The float inside the control bucket (you will set it), will stop water from continuing to flow in. Sorry, but am not up on pumps...

New to Tent Growing! Any help appreciated!

Hi. I appreciate your thoughtful approach. With copious notes, you'll have lots of satisfaction. Excellent. I also love the two-tent idea. I'll be watching. Thanks for sharing.

    The ideal environment conditions

I read that it's best not to let the fan blow into the drying buds, but to keep air circulating by aiming the fan towards the wall or floor. Is that in keeping with your research? Thanks for all the data.

I Was Wrong, But She IS Forgiving

I have nothing against soil, and will become it someday. The learning curve of hydro is just brutal. It's supercropping the brain. Copius notes and persistence helps. I'll still play outside in the dirt, too.

    Easy Way to Wash Hydroton

We can dream, right? It's good that we start small, so our mistakes are small. (Seeing the cement truck rolling down my street with hydroton.) lol

I Was Wrong, But She IS Forgiving

I may be the worst grower ever, having made so many mistakes. I just get too excited. I forget to slow down, because it's all too fun. I make mistakes and learn from them, but I make so many mistakes along the way. This leads me to how forgiving the plants, and nature, are. They are so...

    Easy Way to Wash Hydroton

I like the bucket idea if I only have a little to wash. Maybe someday I can use a 55-gallon drum. Dreams....
