Why PH in coco is so low

Awesome that's basically my thinking is that info for low ph might be slightly wrong. Going to try and go for 6.0 for a while to see what happens. 5.8 is what I'm at and only 1 girl is showing signs so I know it can't be WAY off

Why PH in coco is so low

I have read this but it does not state why 5.5 to 5.8 is the sweet spot. That's what I am really trying to get at. Where did these numbers come from if its already known calcium and magnesium need higher ph levels for proper absorption

Why PH in coco is so low

Been trying to research but have found nothing on why ph in coco is so low. 5.5 to 5.8 is what I keep seeing as the sweet spot. If cal/mag is readily absorbed at 6.0 to 6.5 and cal/mag problems are so prolific in coco grows why is 5.5 to 5.8 the sweet spot? Coco does not ph buffer so I am not...

    Srem narrowing

Interesting thought. I'm not going to start on this plant as I'm about 3 weeks from.harvest and it seems like whatever it was I snipped it all off. It was more affecting my bruce banner but she has already been harvested. I want to know for future use as this was clearly something I was doing...

    Srem narrowing

Yea very strange and I would lean toward fungus if there were any other symptoms at all... but all othere leafs are super healthy looking. All buds and stems looked great too. Any ideas on what type of fungus?

    Srem narrowing

Very interesting. I cut off the affected branch a few days ago. Didn't do the peroxide but I'll def take a look at the wound... Will also do the wood to plastic. Very strange that a fungus would only affect a single branch... on each plant this only happened to a single branch. Below is my...

    Srem narrowing

I have never seen a problem like this before. 95 percent of the rest of the plant is super healthy and green with most all leaves super healthy green. On like 1 or 2 lower branches half way up the stem it gets very narrow and looks dead for like 2 inches. It then goes thick again and is a nice...

    Farm Security

Hey guys I live in Texas and am interested in starting a CBD farm. Any docs on common pitfalls or issues would be great. The main reason I'm here tho is to ask for security ideas. Getting started is expensive so can't afford top notch security or a guard or anything. Other than a fence and...

    Bruce Banner Single plant grow

Are your lights coming in from the side? Any particular reason you went supercrop route over lst? Curious as I have not had much success with super cropping and had way better yields with lst. That being said I know I'm not super cropping correctly. In your experience what gives you better...

    Rust on older leaves

Very interesting... thats the one crappy thing about my tent is I only have space for one. I always find myself in between cycles in the same tent, some in seedling while others in flower. Because of this my humidity is around 47 to 57 percent to not mold ripened buds... wonder if that's it...

Trimming in second week of flower

I can see what you mean. When you say tucking your just pushing the leaves aside?

Trimming in second week of flower

Absolutely they do but that doesn't mean you can hide the buds from light...I think the tradeoff is worth it especially if you have a lot of healthy fan leaves sticking outwards

Trimming in second week of flower

Oh beautiful... can we see buds from top too? So these were all shaded by canopy? What strain is she?

Trimming in second week of flower

Honestly I don't have pics but I def see it in my grows... the buds that have adequate light grow dencer and more tricomes than the larf at the bottom. One would think if light only matter to canopy that the lower buds attached to main stem would be strongest but thats not the case... the best...

    Ipower trimmer

Hey all just got my 16" trimmer from vivosun. Looked up a lot of reviews and it looks like it saves a great deal of time... any reviews from personal experience? First... does this knock off a ton of tricomes? The process lookes pretty rough and then having to spin 30 times each way... seems...
