    Opinions on Defoliation During Flower

Yes we do, to a degree. We also “lollipop” below the canopy which is getting rid of suckers that won’t produce bud that’s worth taking away energy from the main colas and other buds that get more light and will get denser and bigger than anything beneath the canopy. It’s all the same principle...

    Opinions on Defoliation During Flower

Actually you’re wrong. If you don’t prune the suckers off tomato plants and excess foliage you get smaller fruit and it gets diseased faster. So...

What if I dont fix my root bound

Agreed that it’s wasted time and energy but if it’s root bound it’s going to be stunted therefore you lose yield anyway. Better to get the roots loose as early as possible. It would be best to not let them get root bound in the first place but if it’s already bad... And if you do it well you...

    May I get some tips?

Oh I thought he meant on a shaker not like pick it up and shake it. It needs to be steady movement over long periods of time, it won’t strengthen if you just pick up the cup and shake it a couple times. I recommend the fan!

What if I dont fix my root bound

You could but i think it might be better if you took the entire base out. Theoretically if you cut out the bottom only she would grow down and then branch out but she will have a bottle neck shape to her root system, truthfully I don’t know if that would have a negative effect or if she would...

What if I dont fix my root bound

Hmm I didn’t see this. If it’s an auto idk if it will recover in time to flower after teasing roots apart. I’ve never had any auto flowering experience.. I know it works for photo period!

What if I dont fix my root bound

If it’s root bound just pull the plant out of her current home and gently tease apart the root system so it’s branching more downward and outward to help her untie herself. You will tear roots and it will feel like you’re killing her but just be as gentle as you can and she should recover. It’ll...

    May I get some tips?

Absolutely. Any movement that causes the stem to sway is perfect. Just don’t be too rough!

    May I get some tips?

Also play with the stem and it’ll get stronger. Don’t be rough and snap it but you could put a low level fan on oscillate nearby so it gently moves. The more your little lady senses “wind” the sturdier she makes her stalk.
