just checked on my girls and found this guy sitting on top of one, can anybody tell me from this photo what this is? it looks like some sort of beetle? also what could be the cause or source it looks large so it has me slightly worried. thanks in advance for any help

What are these little things growing is this normal? Its An autoflower purple kush plant.. i removed it from my tent and put it in my closet for now im concerned if its a hermie ??? this is my first grow ive got 3 other plants, 1 is flowering as well, 2 are just seedlings
