First time grower here and i notice little spots on my plant. Anybody know what it could be? Is it just first time grower paranoia?

My friend dropped his plants by til he got his indoor grow set up situated... they definitely needed a little tlc. The stems are long and stretched so i tried to give them a little support. ‍♀️

Late night session with my baby planted seed in jiffy pellet on 7/10/21

Newbie grower here... one seed germinated on 7/10/21. Under 2 spider farmer 1000s in a 2x4 grow tent. Also currently germinating 3 silver mountain x pleiadian love next by Bodhi Seeds. I’m super hyped about them. Any who wish me luck and all help and tips welcome
