It's probably not a big difference, but from what I've researched it seems all 3000k + 660nm red diodes would be even better because the 3000k temperature (and of course the red diodes) are perfect...

    There's so much misinformation out there about LED grow lights and light spectrums. This guy has the most consistent content on it. What spectrum do you have running on your quantum board and why? My pick is 3000k + 660nm Far Red for both veg and flowering.
