I am a first time grower and I am not sure when to transplant. I Plan on using bat guano mixed in the soil and i want to transplant for flower. Should i mix the soil and transplant before i go to 12/12 or at the same time? Thanks all

I am a first timer and I am currently trying to make some homemade carbon filters for my closet and i am not sure how to wire pc fans to them. most fans come with three wires a red a black and a yellow. what do i do with the yellow?????? :-?
