ya i would move those cfl's down as close as possible. now granted, people say that u dont have to worry bout the plants touching the light if u use cfl.......well u kinda have to.... that is, if the plant is resting up on the light for a period of time. id stay within an inch of the cfls at all...

ill chime in here lol. the first time he did a quick flush because of the possibility of having too much nutes. which that was done with just straight water. were as when he just flushed for the ending.... you can use just straight water. but there is also other nute supplements u can use mixed...

ive been usin bottled water to water them. so i should start usin nutes?

bump! lookin for a little help. my temps really havent gone over 80 with the lights on. usually it sits about 75 or so lights on.

yea i built my own as well. didnt see the need of spending 300$ or more for a computer case gutted, with some pc fans and a clf light. ill post pics of my setup right now (doin 2 plants, bout almost 4 weeks in) if peopel are interested.

i have 2 plants right now on 18/6 alittle over 3 weeks in and the 1 plant the top leaves....are curling up alittle... just a few leaves. and ive been lookin around and cant pin point a problem! ive since flipped the plants(front to back back to front) and will be checking them later today to see...

well time to go take him out back and shoot it :-(........and time to try again lol
