So I was doing some defoliating on my plants and I accidentally popped this off (view below) will this stunt my bud growth or will it be fine?

I’m pretty sure the one on the right is a nitrogen deficiency but the left one I’m completely stuck on this only recently started happening after I top dressed could I pls get some solutions. I’m gonna use some blood meal for the (N) deficiency.
