I have a 250watt, 220V, 50Hz bulb. Im new to growing and havent used it yet. What im worried about is, if i plug this baby in for 12 hours a day how much is it gonna cost me in electricity bills? How much does your bill jump up by percentage-wise?

Im new to this, but ive followed the instructions from various sites. My 3 week old plants grow fine then suddenly shrivvel, lean over to one side then die. I keep them in pots, good compost, in a tank and the soil moist. Im down to my last one out of NINE!! My last one is going the same way...
