Don't have the fan CONSTANTLY blowing on the plant/s get an oscillating fan, and for cfl it's suggested you keep the bulb and inch or two away from the plant. Dry to get 65k/Daylight cfls for veg period, and 27k/Soft White or around there for the flowering period.

Yea, it'd work suggest selling the reparations to buy some better equipment, though. Even if you're growing for yourself I'd suggest at least a dual 200~600w Ballast with an MH and HPS bulb, MH for veg, HPS for the de facto. Sorry if it seems like I'm chastising you, just a suggestion.

Also thinking of having it in the veg state for 3 weeks and flowering for 6~8 weeks. I plan on either growing Ice or AK-47. Also plan on using only soil and water for the veg period then half a week or a week into flowering adding a 10-15-15, or something along those lines. Criticism?
