dude to grow with m/h you'll need a ballast and relay with a timer. Be careful, looks like a fire hazzard to me!!!! Go with envirolights which are self ballasted and run at a much less temp. You can position the lamps within 4cm of the plants. Good luck mate and don't think to much it'll end...
