Can anyone advise a relative newbie as to why otherwise healthy, big plants would have very little THC, 6 weeks into flowering? Could it be because the clones did not come from a good plant? We know the strains and they are supposed to be good produers. We are not making stupid newbie mistakes...

Has anyone successfully (important word there :) shipped to a legal dispensary? I've done my own research and heard you should: ship ground (no airports), shrink wrap, etc. but looking for the really good details.
