    Idea's On Pruning

Remove leaves if they're not getting/or to improve a more favorable branch from getting light. Leaves which don't get any light are basically usless anyway, There is absolutely no point in having 1m2 of leaves if only half of it is getting the light. If however, all your 1m2 of leaves are...

21/23C ( 70/74 F ) 50% humidity all the way through bloom, anyone tried it?

Hard to say without knowing lighting and other environmental factors. What we do know though is that his average 24h temp is 22. Plants don't grow any more over average of 20c unless you boost Co2. Although this is all after the STRETCH period, he can definitely have high lights on temps with a...

    Pot size guidance

Enter The Scrog/Scroggers United Post Page

These are 5 gallon pots sitting on pot risers (so the pot is never touching stale water) In the beginning of veg, i try to build the roots by watering just enough. When flipped to 12/12 i smash out 6 feeds a day. The roots go crazy during about week 2-3 into 12/12. I wish i could tell you...

Recent Scrog. This time tied down once during early veg, made it much easier to bend on flip day .

Crop steering and watering frequency confusion.

So I've been doing the method advised by DJM and a few other seasoned pros using coco. Which is During veg, water and allow the medium to dry a bit (Not bone dry as to harm the roots) Then during bloom to smash it with multiple small feeds which has worked a treat. I've managed 650ish grams/m2...

OK, WHO HAS THE FATTEST BUDS AND USES BLOOM BOOST TO GET THERE

They're regular air cooled. I'm using house and garden. I actually went half strength - 2/3rd strength on the shooting powder this time and got a good 650gm/m2 in total. I'm pretty happy with it. Had about 5 rotted colas though, but it was all nice and uniform.

    Stem size

I wouldn't worry I dont veg for very long so my stems are always thin. I've had fat stemmed plants in the past and have noticed that stem size is not really indicative of your end yield to a certain degree.

    PGR's, Yay or Nay?

I have seen someone use PGR as a grow shop once recommended the product to him. I wasn't impressed as I there wasn't any trichomes till MUCH later. The buds did look amazing, they were all very uniform, about 1.5-2.5 inches high and 2-3 inches wide. The popcorn buds were SOLID. Imagine you grew...

    PGR's, Yay or Nay?

It was prevalent in Australia because all the truckers who transported it (weren't smokers) just wanted bag appeal. Slowly word is getting around and they prefer green bus these days. Pgrs make the buds more fat and bulbous, makes the hairs super hairy, prevents the trichomes coming out till...

Template ideas to track a grow?

I track my grow and it allows me a lot more control and efficient use of my nutes and power. I'm tracking inside and outside temp/hum. leaf temp, pot weight, runoff, vpd, growth (using 4k camera sending image to pc every 24h). All this is done on a dedicated growroom computer server running infludb.

    Cameras in grow room

Even better. If you make a batch file to take a photo using the stream address, add to task scheduler you can take a photo from the camera every day to track growth, or every few hours to create a time lapse. I use the camera for both. It's great to see how each bud gets a few mm larger each...

    Enough Airflow?

Here you go buddy. Seems like an air velocity of 1.0ms-1 gives you over 60% photosynthetic gains.

C0C0 C0IR Run off PPM reading keeps shooting up even after a heavy flush. HELP! (in flower)

I only helped you understand the information already provided on the forums. Just remember in VEG, you take a totally different approach ! More dry back ( so roots don't get lazy thus search) Sure you can water everyday and it still works. Sometimes you can ride the ec a bit higher in veg...

Any thoughts on these plants using this light setup?

I've had a plant that was bleached for like over 1 week! Was the entire plant and was light green. Couldn't figure it out because i had just gotten these leds (my first lm301s) and it was my first time using a certain strain. I dimmed down to 40% for a few days and they were still...

Any thoughts on these plants using this light setup?

Don't go by lux too much because a 4000k LED will show a much higher LUX at say 12inches than a 3000k LED (I got 2700k,3000k,4000k, 3000k with reds,3500k with reds) As the fellow above said, listen to your plants. I put mine pretty close (mainly to prevent popcorn buds) but not so close that...

    Talk about some roots

My 7 gallon don't do so bad. Bit stained by a certain additive though. If you really wanna see roots, a member who goes by kiwgyboy puts us all to shame.

    Led lights need help

Just because someone's plant is doing fine at a certain height. Doesn't mean everyones variables are the same. I have ran qbs 15cm, 30cm 50cm. The light intake depends on a lot of other factors. a cold plant will not take kindly to bright lights whereas a plant in hotter conditions may be able...
