totally agree, the cheaper types are basically just variable resistors which mean converting some power to heat. i only use decent fan controllers, especially with decent fans, as the cheap controllers can blow your fans also variacs all the way

Yeh I'll definitly be hanging some cover over the tent to stop noise, but usually it still is too loud to sleep. But then again, even a pc fan is too much noise for me to sleep :) You any pics of your setup/grow journal?

Thanks for the reply. I will be using insulated ducting, but the phresh duct silencer isnt really of any use to silence the actual fan itself. I was thinking of a carboard box filled with expanding foam or some sort of sound proofing material, then I will just throw a lfew clothes or blankets...

Ive taken berry bomb down at 45,50 and 60 days (hydro/clones) and all were fine, even the 45 day one smoked fine, no need to wait for 60. That was a quick finishing pheno, the other longer phenos may take 10+ days longer.

wow thats a lot of products mentioned lol only way i have fixed it before was, wash the whole system out with bleach, then run a few ml's bleach, I had white roots in a few days, H2O2 wouldnt fix it, thats just my experience

No i just used 1 heavy dose and now Ive new root growth. The plants are doing fine though.
