    Just beginning flowering today! I've been running on a 20/4 schedule (light off from 11am-3pm) and now will be running 12/12 (light off from 9am-9pm). Plants have now been in veg for almost 7 weeks. I'll post some new pictures later tonight when the light turns back on

    What do you think about these Xtrasun Ballasts?

    I'm using a 1000w switchable xtrasun ballast and it works great. I believe I paid about $200 for mine, but they also threw in a 1000w super hps bulb (about $120).... but $140 for one sounds like a pretty good deal

    yea i agree with desertrat... cant really tell how much space you have to work with to determine when you should flower. however, to me it seems more likely you'd average closer to an oz a plant....

    Newbie needs some HELP

    9 plants is a lot for 600w. I have 9 plants under 1000w in a 4x4x6.5 tent and am glad I didn't try and fit more... Pictures also help out a lot, if you can take some it would be much easier to help......

    How do I grow stalky plants?

    yep... depends on what light you have... but it should probably be moved closer to the plants. listen to saerimmners advice oh, and the way the plant grows is dependent on whether it is an indica or sativa (among countless other factors too). if youre height space is limited look into lowryder...
