take the mylar down. yes it increases heat. in something that small it can actually cause heat spots and fry your girls

if your room temp is 80 how do you expect to get it any lower? The bulbs are going to heat up in that box and if you're only getting 10 degree increase from ambient, that's not bad. You need to cool your ambient temp! get your room to 70, the box would be 73-75 at night and 80-85 during...

heat could be another thing causing them to yellow. edit***after looking at your pics the temps look good. so I would lean towards nute burn.
